It's finally that time: bottling day. My first batch has now been moved from my 5 gallon carboy to 48 12 ounce bottles. A quick easy process and in 2 short weeks I'll be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor...unless I screwed up.

and whats the verdict???
ReplyDeleteIt's actually going to be another week and a half or so. During the bottling process you add sugar which carbonates the beer. I'll for sure let you know how it turns out.
